The shelves are almost always empty or filled with old stock. Even the fresh produce section.

always like to shop at Coles as they managed the rack & items in well-organized & brighter. Bit frustated in the beginning for the parking-lots which is not much provided, especially in lunch-time. Rarely found a warm-greeting from staff around. Then I prefer to do self-checkout than to do a line in cashier. Positively, they are helpful enough when we need a help.
